Healthy Eating | Orthorexia

A think-piece I wrote for Grazia looking at my complicated relationship with healthy eating, a few years ago. As a rather competitive person, I am capable of making anything into something I can be the best at (which is really good fun for my husband, just ask him) and so it was that I might have taken my obsession with peak-fitness to some not so healthy places. 

Looking back on this piece now, I wish I could go back and tell myself to hurry up and go vegan already. It suits my personality perfectly - it's super healthy, there are rules, but you only go and save the world while you're doing it, thus getting out of my own ego and into planet saving terrain instead!
