A More Mindful Me

It's always a joy to be able to write in a witty way for women's magazines. Not always appropriate, of course, but huge fun to write that way when I can. This piece, for Best magazine, saw me chart an attempt to practice mindfulness throughout the course of a day, with varying degrees of success.
