Three-Generational Living

Three-generational, or '3G' living is becoming a more popular lifestyle choice as grandparents offer to help their adult-children buy homes and look after their children, while living in an annex on site. It's a great concept, more common in other cultures but beginning to make more sense to cash-strapped middle-generations here too. It's a brilliant set up for all - grandparents get to see their grandkids more often and the 'kids' get help with the mortgage.
