My countryside childhood

For Woman & Home last month I wrote about Louisa Adjoa Parker, who shares her memories of a countryside childhood. Louisa was often the only black person her friends had ever met and she was often made to feel like she didn’t belong in a part of the world she loves so much. Louisa talks with kindess, compassion and insight and it was really interesting to write about her experiences.
